We accept cards, credit cards, cash and finance.
Are there financing options available for treatments?
Yes we accept two forms of finance, Clearpay & PayL8r. Contact us directly to discuss these options.
Do prices for treatments vary?
Yes, all prices can be found at the book now section of our website www.facesbybae.co.uk/booknow
Can I get a price estimate before scheduling a treatment?
Yes, you can look online at our prices to calculate what you think you may want or what you have had previously and know works well. If you are unsure on procedures, you can book a consultation where one of our expert practitioners will advise you on treatment suitability and prices.
Is there a cancellation fee for scheduled appointments?
There is no cancellation fee however our booking fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
What types of aesthetic treatments are offered at Faces by Bae?
We have a large range of treatments available at Faces By Bae, from injectable procedures like Dermal Fillers, Botox, IV Drips, Skin Boosters, Polynucleotides to Laser treatments and several weight loss solutions, all treatments can be found here.
How do I choose the right treatment for me?
Firstly, you will need to have a consultation with an expert practitioner at Faces By Bae, they will asses your medical history and understand your concerns, goals and budget. From there, they will put together a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your needs, this may be a plan spread over multiple sessions or a plan that can be achieved in a single session.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
This varies from treatment to treatment for example laser preparation is
different to injectable preparation. Please contact us for specific instruction.
Is there a consultation fee?
Yes, our consultations are charged at £40, this is non-refundable but deductible from future treatment.
Are there before and after photos of previous clients available?
Yes, all before and after photos can be viewed by either visiting ‘here’ or our social media pages.
Do you offer any loyalty programs or discounts for regular clients?

We operate on a no plus one policy, due to space, privacy and safety.
Is there parking available at the clinic?
There is pay and display parking around our clinic, on Saturdays after 1:30 pm parking is free of charge and on Sundays, all day. We advise to give yourself 10 minutes to find parking and pay for it before the start of your treatment.
How old do you have to be to receive treatments at Faces by Bae?
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments.

What can I expect during my first visit?
Not only your first visit but each visit at Faces By Bae involves a consultation, medical history check and treatment suitability assessment. If you are having the procedure done on the same day as your consultation, our practitioners will ensure you are completely comfortable, ready and fully understand the procedure you are having.
If you are having a procedure that requires pre-numbing, this will be applied by your practitioner to ensure full comfort throughout the procedure.
How are the treatments performed, and who performs them?
At Faces By Bae, we pride ourselves on the calibre of a team we have. Endless hours are dedicated each year to staff training to ensure we always achieve the highest possible results for our patients.
Each category of procedures at Faces By Bae is preformed by a dedicated and specalised practitioner, for example all Injectable procedure are preformed by Aesthetic Practitoners, all Laser procedures are preformed by Laser Therapists.
What are the common side effects of aesthetic treatments?
Each procedure carries different risks and side effects, this will be discussed with you in your consultation.
How long do the results of treatments typically last?
Each procedure is different, this will be discussed with you during your consultation.
Are the treatments painful?
Most of our treatments involve minimal discomfort. We use various techniques to ensure your comfort during the procedures.
Is there any aftercare advice I should follow post-treatment?
Yes, your aftercare will be provided to you on the day of treatment.
Can treatments be customised to my specific needs?
Yes, each treatment is tailored to your needs and goals. No patient will have the same treatment plan or journey.
What should I do if I experience complications after a treatment?

Do we offer a job after training?
Employment may be offered post-training if there are vacancies available. We encourage all trainees to apply and will consider them based on clinic needs and individual performance.
Do you need any qualifications to undertake the training?
No qualifications are required for our general training courses. However, specialised courses do require specific qualifications, which can be found in the detailed course descriptions on our website.
Is financial assistance available for training?
We offer finance through two providers, Clearpay and Payl8r, please contact our training team on training@facesbybae.co.uk to discuss finance options.
Can I bring a translator if I don't speak English?
Trainees are welcome to bring a translator to assist them during the training sessions if they are not fluent in English, however this must be agreed with your training coordinator prior to your training date. We must be able to accommodate this +1 during your session so your training date may vary.
Do trainees receive study materials?
All participants will receive comprehensive study materials relevant to their training course.
Are trainees allowed to take pictures and videos during training?
Taking pictures and videos for personal use and learning enhancement is permitted.

None of our training courses can be carried out remotely, this is because we pride ourselves on hands on practical training.
What is the trainee-to-instructor ratio in your courses?
We maintain small class sizes to ensure personalised attention and optimal learning experiences. Specific ratios depend on the course but are always kept low.
Is there practical hands-on training included?
